Logan Limo — Terms, Conditions & Service Policies

By booking with Logan Limo or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies apply to all reservations and services provided.

Reservations & Deposits

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
  • All payments are subject to the cancellation policies below.
  • Credit card disputes or chargebacks will be handled in accordance with these terms.

Cancellation Policy

General Reservations

  • Free cancellation within 1 hour of booking.
  • After 1 hour, deposits are non-refundable.

Point-to-Point Transfers

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup → 30% charge.
  • Cancel within 24 hours → full trip charge.

Hourly / As-Directed Service

  • 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 7 days → 100% charge.

Weddings & Proms

  • All bookings are 100% non-refundable once reserved.

No-Show Policy

  • Full fare plus any waiting time will be charged if the passenger does not meet the driver.

Cancellation Process

  • All cancellations must be emailed to loganlimomail@gmail.com or submitted by replying to your confirmation email.
  • A confirmation email will be issued — retain it as proof.
  • Phone cancellations are not accepted.
  • Cancellation timing is based on when the email is received.

Logan Limo is not responsible for fees resulting from weather, airline issues, incorrect booking details, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

Waiting Time Policy

(Point-to-Point Service)

  • Domestic Flights: 15 minutes complimentary, then billed hourly (retroactive).
  • International Flights: 45 minutes complimentary, then billed hourly.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15-minute grace period, then billing begins.
  • Train Stations: Billing starts at the scheduled pickup time.

Flight Monitoring: We track flights and do not charge for airline delays when correct flight details are provided. If inaccurate or missing information is given, waiting time charges will apply.

Where to Meet Your Chauffeur

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

Logan Limo follows all airport regulations requiring pickups at designated limo stands. Curbside pickup is not permitted. After collecting your luggage:

  • Exit the terminal to the outside area.
  • Cross the roadway as directed.
  • Follow signs for “Limo / Car Service Pickup”.
  • Your chauffeur will contact you once positioned at the designated pickup zone.

Terminal Pickup Locations

  • Terminal A: Exit baggage claim, cross the roadway, and proceed left to the limo stand.
  • Terminal B: Go to the upper (departure) level, exit between doors B205–B208. Meet your chauffeur in the designated limo area.
  • Terminal C: Take the elevator to Central Parking — Ground Level. Exit toward the limo pickup zone.
  • Terminal E: Exit the terminal, cross the roadway, and walk left. Chauffeur will be waiting at the limo stand.

South Station (Train Pickups)

  • Exit onto Atlantic Avenue.
  • Walk toward the taxi/limo pickup area.
  • Your chauffeur will coordinate directly with you.

Important Notes: Chauffeurs are not permitted inside terminals. You will receive a text or call when your driver is ready. Please keep your phone on after arrival.

During Service

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Alcohol is permitted only in limousines where legally allowed.
  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Chauffeurs will open and close doors for safety.

Cleaning & Damage

  • A minimum $300 fee applies for any damage or excessive cleaning.
  • Customers are responsible for all damages caused by their party.

Logan Limo is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

Rates & Billing

  • 20% service fee (gratuity) + 10% administrative fee.
  • Early morning, late night, and holiday surcharges may apply.
  • Tolls, parking, and airport fees are charged to the customer.
  • Hourly service is billed garage-to-garage in half-hour increments.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cash (when pre-arranged).

Safety & Liability

Logan Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If service is delayed by more than 30 minutes, customers may cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion.

Service may be terminated without refund if passengers engage in unsafe behavior, possess prohibited substances, or endanger the driver.

Agreement

By booking or using Logan Limo services, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, charges, and terms outlined above. Logan Limo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
